•    International Standard Shipping: We utilize affordable shipping methods through priority services. It can take up to 3 to 7 business days to process orders after they are received. Delivery typically ranges from 15 to 30 business days depending on your location (does not deliver on Sundays or holidays) and does not include a specific guaranteed delivery time.
•    Customs and Liability: Due to differing international customs processes, The Windi Star cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once they have left our warehouse. Should you run into any tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file an inquiry or report.
•    Signatures and Special Requests: In some cases, based on the total value of your order, we may require a signature upon receipt. If you want to ensure that your international package ships with specific tracking confirmation to your door, you may make a direct request with our customer service team at contact@windistar.com.
•    Order Tracking: Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment progress.
